We practice a wide range of effective "grappling" techniques-- throws, sweeps, joint locks, takedowns, and other physical controls. These are all based on historical Italian teachings, and we apply them to practical self-defense situations.

Our 90-minute Saturday class is devoted to combat without weapons, as well as small weapons such as daggers and sticks that can be easily integrated with grappling.

Pugilism You also get to learn Pugilism, the "Science of Self Defense" based on 18th-Century English boxing.
